Camp AUM: Sportscaster Camp (Grades 4-12)

Five days of first-hand experiences and an up-close look behind the scenes of radio and television sports casting gives kids an entrance into the fast-paced, exciting world of Sports Broadcasting. They’ll learn tricks of the trade from an all-star line-up of nationally recognized and respected journalists and athletes who have been seen on ESPN, FSN, COX Sports, CSS, and more, and receive instruction in writing scripts, casting a variety of sporting events, voice projection, presentation skills, and how to perform in front of a camera. The week includes classroom time and numerous field trips and ends with an awards ceremony to recognize each student’s accomplishments. Camp fee includes all field trips, t-shirts, and lunch.
